7 Ways to Spend Money
| 2:34 AM | 0Comment

Assalamualaikum and hello everybody.
Money? Everyone in this world need money, right ? But some of us do not how to spend the money wisely and end up we will always feel like we short of money.
Is there any tips for this?  Of course. Read below.

1. Pony up for quality where it counts.

The cheapest option isn’t always the best option. What’s the point of buying a cheap pair of shoes if they’re just going to become worn out and rugged within a few months? It would be cheaper to pay RM50 for an outfit that will be in good shape next year than RM20 for an outfit that has to be replaced in less than 6 months.

2. Buy generic label groceries.

You would be hard-pressed to find any difference between name-brand and generic labels in the grocery store. Don’t believe me? Grab a bottle of a name-brand peanut butter and the generic grocery store variety and compare the ingredients. Repeat this exercise with things like canned vegetables, boxes of pasta, cleaning products, and medicine. When you purchase name-brands, you are not paying for the product itself, but rather the idea behind the product. In other words: name brands are more expensive because they have higher marketing budgets (not higher quality).

3. Cut down on food waste.

Answer honestly: if you had to guess, what percentage of the groceries you buy end up uneaten and tossed in the trash? According to a study by the Natural Resources Defense Center, the average American family of four throws away almost 50% of the food they purchase, resulting in an annual loss up to $2,275. To avoid grocery waste, change your thinking about shopping. Instead of making a list of items to purchase without thought process, plan ahead by writing down a weekly schedule of the specific meals you are going to cook before you go to the store. If it isn’t required in the ingredients you need, it doesn’t go in your cart. Make note of how much food gets tossed in the trash and cut the amount you purchase accordingly. If you’d like to save time and money, check out this essential resource on once a month cooking.

4. Wait for it…

Retail therapy is almost always a good idea, but smart shoppers know how to be patient. Why should you spend $100 on that gorgeous skirt now if it’s going to be marked down to make room for fall and winter clothes? Be patient and you will be rewarded with a steep price cut. Keep an eye out for the special offers that you can’t refuse.
5. Clip coupons for special occasions.
Dining out is one of my favorite date night activities, but it sure can empty a wallet fast. Restaurants are typically generous with their deals, so start clipping for serious cash savings. Wanna make coupon-clipping a fun and interesting game? Try this:
  • Get an envelope and start collecting coupons
  • Decide on a weekly date night
  • Have a random drawing to determine where you go (it will always be a surprise!)

6. Go to the matinee.

Late night movies are so overrated. Why would you pay double the matinee ticket price just for the pleasure of combating a much larger crowd and struggling to find a seat in a packed auditorium? Go to the early show to save some dough and beat the crowd.

7. Hit up the thrift shop.

Consignment shops are full of deals on barely-used clothing that could save you tons of money on your wardrobe. If you have never considered thrift shopping because you’re afraid the quality won’t be up-to-par, give it a chance. The thrift shops in my neighborhood are quite picky about the items they accept, so I bet you just might be surprised.

If you’re feeling cash-strapped, please don’t feel like you’re alone. I understand how you feel, and I’m willing to wager the overwhelming majority of people reading this share your pain.
That's it for now.
Good bye. Peace.

Healthy Lifestyle ?
| 2:23 AM | 0Comment

Hello.
Based on my observation, nowadays people are already aware about how important healthy lifestyle as a daily routine.
Even my brother has slowly change his lifestyle to the healthy one. So, here 5 important, short and sweet one tips for you .

1. Think positive and focus on gratitude
Research shows a healthy positive attitude helps build a healthier immune system and boosts overall health. Your body believes what you think, so focus on the positive.
2. Eat your vegetables
Shoot for five servings of vegetables a day (raw, steamed, or stir-fried). A diet high in vegetables is associated with a reduced risk of developing cancers of the lung, colon, breast, cervix, esophagus, stomach, bladder, pancreas and ovary. And many of the most powerful phytonutrients are the ones with the boldest colors such as broccoli, cabbage, carrots, tomatoes, grapes and leafy greens.
3. Set a “5-meal ideal”
What, when and how much you eat can keep both your metabolism and your energy levels steadily elevated, so you’ll have more all-day energy. A "5 meal ideal" will help you manage your weight, keep your cool, maintain your focus and avoid cravings.
4. Exercise daily
Did you know that daily exercise can reduce all of the biomarkers of aging? This includes improving eyesight, normalizing blood pressure, improving lean muscle, lowering cholesterol and improving bone density. If you want to live well and live longer, you must exercise! Studies show that even 10 minutes of exercise makes a difference,so do something! Crank the stereo and dance in your living room. Sign up for swing dancing or ballroom-dancing lessons. Walk to the park with your kids or a neighbor you’d like to catch up with. Jump rope or play hopscotch. Spin a hula hoop. Play water volleyball. Bike to work. Jump on a trampoline. Go for a hike.
5. Get at good night's sleep
If you have trouble sleeping, try relaxation techniques such as meditation and yoga. Or eat a small bedtime snack of foods shown to help shift the body and mind into sleep mode: whole grain cereal with milk, oatmeal, cherries or chamomile tea. Darken your room more and turn your clock away from you. Write down worries or stressful thoughts to get them out of your head and onto the page. This will help you put them into perspective so you can quit worrying about them.

Do practice it,okay .
Goodbye . Peace.

Going For an Interview ? What to do ?
| 2:08 AM | 0Comment

Hello.

Sometimes job interviews can be stressful, yes I know, but they don’t have to be actually. As long as you’re prepared and by prepared we’re talking about more than just bringing a few copies of your resume, you’re at the very least guaranteed to impress your interviewer, and maybe even land the job.

So, let's read on for the 10 tips you need to know before heading out to your next job interview.

1. Find out as much as possible about the company’s culture. The company website, job postings,           LevoLeague.com, Vault.com, Glassdoor.com, and LinkedIn are sources for insider
    information.

 2. Prepare a list of questions regarding the position, department and company. Bring it with you.

3. Be prepared to clearly state how your experience matches each job requirement.

4. Differentiate yourself. Why are you the best candidate for the position?

5. Be prepared to describe how you’ll add value to the team, department and company.

6. Consider conducting a mock interview with a friend or family member.

7. Don’t wear cologne or perfume.

8. Dress conservatively for the interview. Select your clothes the night before. Make sure your clothes and shoes are in impeccable condition. This preparation not only makes an excellent first impression, it also boosts your confidence. Men: Get a trim and be clean-shaven. Women: File your nails. Excessively long and flamboyantly painted fingernails are distracting and unprofessional.

9. Plan to arrive at least 30 minutes early so you’re not rushed or late due to unexpected traffic delays. This will give you ample time to breathe deeply, calm down and compose yourself.

10. If you need to reschedule your appointment, call as early as possible.Companies appreciate advanced notice of schedule changes and will do their best to provide you the same courtesy.

Last word, good luck for those going to the interview.
Do your best.
Goodbye. Peace.

What is softskill ?
| 1:56 AM | 0Comment

Hello.

You might have heard people talk about ‘soft skills’ before and wondered what exactly they mean.

Well, they're not talking about software or softball or anything fluffy.

Soft skills is a term often used by careers advisor and employers to describe the kind of essential personal and social skills people need to be able to do most jobs.

The best thing about soft skills is you don’t need qualifications to get them and you can start working on them right now, whether you are at school, in training or in work.

Here are some examples of soft skills:

Time management - showing up for work and meetings on time, sticking to scheduled breaks, getting your work done in time to meet your deadlines. This shows that you can take responsibility and manage yourself.

Personal presentation – dressing in an appropriate way for work and generally being neat and tidy. Your body language is important too. Do you enjoy a good slouch? Ask a friend whether you look bored or interested when you slouch. An employer will think the same thing as your friend does when they look at you. Personal presentation shows you are self-aware and understand the effect that your appearance and behaviour has on others.

Communication – being polite and helpful with colleagues and customers on email, in person and on the phone, including speaking up when there’s a problem. Just saying a friendly hello to everyone at the start of the day gets the ball rolling with your communication skills!

Team work – being able to get on with the people you work with and working together to get things done is a vital part of most jobs.

Attitude – Staying positive at work even when things get a bit challenging, using your initiative to help people out even when you haven’t been asked to, owning up if something goes wrong and learning from your mistakes. Again, this shows that you are committed to your work and can take responsibility for what you do.

Confidence – Believing in yourself and all your brilliant skills can help you work with people better, take on difficult new tasks and generally achieve all the things you need to do to be a master of soft skills.

Thank you.

Goodbye. Peace.

6 Tips for you to learn English faster
| 1:51 AM | 0Comment

Assalamulaikum eveyone.
Yes, it is still about an English language.
Some people find it hard to talk in English because they don not feel confident to speak in English. And some people might say that English is hard and take time to learn it.
So here 6 tips for you to learn English faster.

1. Take a deep breath and SPEAK!

The more you think about speaking, the more nervous you will get. Just try speaking more. Next time you go to English class or speak English, count how many times you speak in five or ten minutes. After that, try to speak more. If you spoke one time today, next English class, try to speak two or three times. The more you speak the more you will learn how to communicate properly.

2. Don’t apologize for not knowing everything or “Not speaking English!”

You are learning English… You are trying, right? That’s what’s important. You don’t say “I don’t know how to cook that.” and stop cooking new things or “I don’t now how to use a computer.” and stop using new computer apps and programs. You just keep doing your best and you learn more and more as time goes on. Please don’t say ‘I DON’T speak English’. Instead you could say:
• “I am learning English. Could you speak a little slower?”
• “I’m sorry, I didn’t understand.”
• “Could you repeat that?”
• “So, you’re saying that…. [rephrase what you heard]”.
• “What does _________ mean?”

3. Stop translating everything word for word to your language.

Translating everything to your native language is a big NO NO when learning English! If you are doing it, STOP right now! Translating everything is slowing down your progress. If you hear something in English and instantly try to translate it to your native language; you will not be focusing on learning English, but rather translating. When you hear people speaking in English:
• Listen for words you DO understand
• Use contextual clues… so, if you hear, “There is a big rhinoceros.” If you don’t know what ‘rhinoceros’ means but you see a big animal in a picture, or someone is pointing at something. Use those clues to figure out what it means.

4. Train your ears to understand.

You need to focus and listen. Train you ears to listen for words they (YOU) know in English. Listen for patterns. Don’t focus on grammar or single words. Focus on the phrases. Listen to English movies, music, and TV. Listen to the way things are phrased or ordered. If you train your ears, you will automatically start to understand more when people speak English. Training your ears to listen to English, will help focus on the big picture; understanding English. You cannot become fluent if you are focusing on words, one at a time. It would take you forever to learn English.

5. Don’t be afraid to make mistakes.

Fear can stop you from learning English.
• Do you go to English class and think that everyone is going to make fun of you or laugh at you if you try to speak English?
• Do know all the grammar rules but struggle to have a conversation in English?
• Do you avoid speaking with native English speakers and other people that speak English better than you?
Stop being so afraid to speak English! You need to let go and relax. You need to stop thinking of the ‘What if’s…?’. Instead focus on doing and your actions. No one is perfect. Everyone makes mistakes. The more you do something the better you get at it. To be a better English speaker and understand more English you need to stop being afraid of making mistakes.

6. Keep Trying. Don’t Give Up.

Professional athletes practice a lot. They weren’t born professional athletes. A ton of hard work and hours went into being so good at what they do. They could never be a professional soccer or baseball player without trying. If a professional athlete stopped practicing today, their skills would get worse. They would start making mistakes. The more you practice speaking English, reading English, listening to English, and writing in English the better you will get. You won’t be able to speak English fluently tomorrow or even next month. Over time if you put in the effort, you will be more comfortable and know a lot more English.

Was this post on English Tonight helpful to you?
I hope so.
Do practice it frequently.
Goodbye. Peace.

The Important of English Language
| 1:42 AM | 0Comment

Hello eveyone.
Today I want to share the important of English Language in our daily life. I choose to write in essay form because I want to practice my essay writing and at  the same time I can share all the point as well.
So, let's start.

In today’s global world, the importance of English can not be denied and ignored since English is the most common language spoken everywhere. With the help of developing technology, English has been playing a major role in many sectors including medicine, engineering, and education, which, in my opinion, is the most important arena where English is needed. Particularly, as a developing country, Turkey needs to make use of this world-wide spoken language in order to prove its international power. This can merely be based on the efficiency of tertiary education. Consequently, English should be the medium of instruction at universities in Turkey for the following three reasons: finding a high-quality job, communicating with the international world, and accessing scientific sources in the student’s major field.

The first reason for why English should be the medium of instruction at universities in Turkey is that it helps students find a high quality jobs for students to find. In business life, the most important common language is obviously English. In addition to this, especially, high-quality jobs need good understanding ability and speaking in English. Therefore, companies can easily open out to other countries, and these companies generally employ graduates whose English is fluent and orderly. For example, the student who is graduated from a university which takes English as a major language will find a better or high-quality job than other students who don’t know English adequately. In other words, the student who knows English is able to be more efficient in his job because he can use the information from foreign sources and web sites. He can prepare his assiggments and tasks with the help of these information. Therefore, undoubtedly, his managers would like his effort or prepared projects. In addition, many high-quality jobs are related with international communication and world-wide data sharing. University graduates who are in a international company and business are needed to communicate with foreign workers. For instance, if their managers want them to share the company’s data, they are expected to know English. Moreover, they will even have to go business trip for their company. Absolutely, all of these depend on speaking English;as a result, new graduates have to know English in order to get a high-quality job, and the others, who don’t know English, may have lack of communication and be paid less money.

The second and the most important reason, for English to be the medium of instruction in the Turkish higher education system is that it enables students to communicate with the international world. In these days, in my opinion, the most important thing for both university students and graduates is to follow the development in tecnology. For this reason, they have to learn common language. Certainly, they should not lose their interest on communicating with the world. However, some of the university students can’t obtain English education in their university. Unfortunately, these people may lose their communication with worldwide subjects and topics. In short, they will not communicate foreign people. To prevent these people from lacking of speaking English, universities’ administration will provide English education to them. In addition, university students can use some specific hardware and software of computers with their English to communicate others. For example, the Internet, which, in my opinion, is the largest source in the world, based on English knowledge and information. Also, most of the softwares such as “Windows”, “Microsoft Office”, “Internet Explorer” are firstly written in English, and these programs are the basic vital things for communication over computer. That is to say, even in a little resarch about something, they need these programs and the Internet to find necessary sources and information.

The last reason for favoring English as the medium of instruction of Turkish universities is that it facilitates accessing information. All of the students have to do some projects or home works which are related with their field during the university education. In these projects or home works, they have to find some information which is connected with their subject. They find sources from English web sites and books, but they have to replace these data to their projects. During these process, if they know English, they will not come across with any difficulty, but if they don’t know, even they may not use these data. As a result, the student who knows English will be more successful at his/her project. For this reason, to obstruct possible inequity between students, management of universities should accept English as a second language in order to provide accessing information to the students. In short, university students need to know English to access information.

All in all, the education in universities should be done with English for three reasons. First, students who know English are able to find their favorite job related with their field. Second, they can communicate with others internationally. Third, as a major language in universities, English makes accessing information easy for students. In my opinion, internationally, people need one common language. For many years, English has been the common wold-wide language, and it will be in the future. For this reason, if you want to follow trends, new gadgets and technology, modernization of the developing world, you have to know English whatever age you are in.

I hope you get all the point. It is important for us to learn English language.
That's all for now. Thank you.
Goodbye . Peace.

Score in exam ? How do we do it ?
Monday, May 16, 2016 | 8:51 AM | 0Comment

Assalamualaikum everybody.
I hope you guys doing well.

As you read the tittle above, it is a very crucial topic for university student. But here I want to share with you 4 important step that you can follow in order to score in your final exam.
I hope it might work for you.
Let's start .

1
Pay attention in your classes. The best thing you can do to raise your test scores is to pay attention when you're supposed to be learning the material: in class! Letting your mind wander or not showing up at all are both likely to make you miss out on key information that will later appear on tests.

2
Take good notes. This is important if you want to have an easier time studying later. Not only will writing the information down as you learn it help you in absorbing the information and paying attention, but you'll have a reference for when you go to study later.

3
Do your homework. Homework, such as assignments and at-home reading are where you will find the rest of the information that will be on tests, so doing this homework is important. Schedule time and set aside a quiet place just for homework to help beat the procrastination blues.

4
Use mnemonics and other tricks. Various memory tricks really can be useful for remembering certain things like numbers, categories, and lists. Just make sure that you learn them correctly and don't mix them up!
  • Mnemonics are phrases which can help you remember the order of certain things. For example, "Katy Perry Came Over For Great Songs" is a great way to remember the biological classifications (Kingdom, Phylum, Class, Order, Family, Genus, Species).
  • Another memory trick is if you have to remember a string of numbers. Instead of trying to remember 2537610925, for example, break it up like a phone number: 253-761-0925. You can break up dates this way too. 14 Oct 1066 (the Battle of Hastings) can become a locker combination: 14-10-66.

So, there are 4 important step that might work for you.
Do practice it.
That's it for now. Goodbye . Peace.

How do we should handle stress?
| 8:03 AM | 0Comment

Assalamualaikum and hello everyone.

Today I will share with you guys about how do we should handle our stress in university life.

I know as a university student we must feel stress about many thing right ? Same goes to me.

So, here 10 tips for you to handle stress.

1. A varied and healthy diet

Eating fresh ingredients and lots of fruit is really important. Juices filled with vitamin C, such as orange or grapefruit juice, are said to be good for your immune system so can help with stress. When you're busy and tired it can be tempting just to grab another pizza or ready meal, but cooking from scratch can be therapeutic as well as being healthier.

2. Exercise

Doing sport at least once a week is the best way to reduce stress. It helps your body produce endorphins, which make you feel good. Even daily walks of 30 minutes can help reduce stress levels but it's even better to work out intensively. Even if you don't feel like it at the time you will feel the benefits afterwards.

3. Meditation

It might sound simple, but sitting quietly for 10 minutes a day can really help with stress levels. If you've never tried meditation before, it's worth a go.Good breathing techniques can put you in a more relaxed state as they send oxygen surging through your bloodstream, helping to calm you down and beat the stress.

4. Take breaks regularly

Short breaks between working can help you switch off. But longer breaks are important too.How about taking the weekend off to relax? Make time for fun and for yourself even if this means that you have to schedule time away from your work. You'll hopefully come back to your work feeling fresh.

5. Get a pet

It is said that spending time with animals is good for your health. If you pat a cat for a couple of minutes, your body releases hormones that make you feel happy and can decrease the amount of stress in your system. Most university won't let you keep an animal though, so spending some time with friends or family who have pets is a good option, you get the love without the commitment.

6. Sleep (and sign off your media social)

Sleep is always the best medicine and some people find that small 20-minute naps can help increase productivity. As students we tend to spend too much time on social media sites and answering emails, texts and phone calls. Sociability is fun but too much of it, and too much computer time, can lead to more stress.Failing to switch off from work because of your electronic gadgets will only make you even more stressed.

7. Quit smoking

Some people say they smoke to relax, but researchers on the European Board for Research on Nicotine and Tobacco suggest that nicotine suppresses the hormone serotonin, which fights stress. Another good reason to quit.

8. Try to see the positive side

If you missed a deadline, try to appreciate what you learned from this mistake, now you know how to plan ahead. Things might seem bad, but if you try, there is usually something positive to be learned.

9. Listen to music

Listening to music can help calm you down and put you in a better frame of mind. If you're feeling stressed, putting on some calming music while you work could really help.

10. Laugh

They say that laughter is the best medicine, and it's really true. Laughing out loudincreases oxygen and blood flow which automatically reduces stress. Not taking life too seriously can help everyone live a better and easier life. Make time for yourself, log out of Twitter and take breaks. It's about time that we students accept that we can achieve just as much in life without all the stress.

So, there are 10 tips that I can share with you. I hope it really will help you.

Last word, enjoy your university life while you can.

Goodbye. Peace.
